All goods purchased from Dress Kitchens Ltd are made to order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund in the scenario that you change your mind.
We are unable to refund items ordered by mistake, it is the customers responsibity to ensure you have ordered the correct items before completing any purchase.
If Dress Kitchen ltd accepts resposibily for damaged goods, or faulty items, we will provide replacement doors as soon as possible. The cost of postage for any return is the responsibility of the customer. The customer must also ensure that any returned items arrive to us in perfect unused condition.
Pricing and Payments
The price you receive is inclusive or VAT. Shipping cost will be calculated once the order is received and added to the order. We accept payment card payment and BACS. We will confirm your order via email. You will have 24 hours to cancel this order via email.
We reserve the right to change any errors if the pricing is not correct or materials have increased in value
Please check all goods once received to make sure they have arrived in good condition. If you are not happy with the goods, please send an email within 24 hours with photogaphs of issues.
I the event of damaged goods, we will replace if necessary.
if you do encounter a problem, please do not fit before contacting us. Once fitted we are unable to take responsibility for damaged goods.

Warranty
All of our goods are covered by a 2 year warranty against production defects. General wear and tear, scratches, dents, defects due to heat or water exposure and any damage caused by the customer are not covered. Any damage or alterations to the goods carried out by the customer void this warranty. Should Dress Kitchens ltd accept liability to a defect replacement products will be issued as soon as possible.
